Registration Fees
All participants must complete the online registration process and submit the required fee payable by credit card or bank transfer to secure their place at the conference. Reduced registration rates are available for APA members and student associates as well as for the host country participants. The reduced registration fee is applicable only for those APA members holding active membership. Additional information will be provided on the Conference website.

Notes
- * APA membership is for a 3-year term. The membership fee is USD 75 (regular member) and USD 25 (student member). Membership must be active at the time of registration to qualify for the reduced conference fee.
- "Regular Payment" refers to APA members who have continuously maintained their APA membership and paid the applicable 3-year membership fees, including the membership period covering the last APA Conference in 2024, and whose membership remains active through 2026. They are required to renew their membership for an additional 3-year term at the time of registration.
- "Membership Fee Due" refers to new APA members who join at the time of conference registration and need to pay the 3-year membership fee, as well as active APA members whose membership will expire in 2026 and need to renew their membership for an additional 3-year term at the time of registration.
